A pale straw colour with a hint of green in the glass. Intense nose of fresh pineapple, lemon, citrus and floral notes. The mid-palate is broad and appealing supported by a lingering acidity.
Pair it with chicken kebabs on the braai with an apricot chutney, or a whole poached salmon with horseradish and dill.
Best served chilled between 8°and 10°C.
